Only need a few pieces? Design your cap in the builder
From how many pieces do you do embroidery?
There is no strict minimum. You can design one or several caps yourself in the builder, and from a few pieces we will prepare a custom price for you.
How much does it cost?
We will prepare a custom price based on the number of pieces, colours, number of designs and the embroidery placement. Send us an enquiry and we will reply straight away.
How long does it take?
We usually send the embroidery visualisation within 1 to 2 working days. After payment, we usually ship within 1 to 3 days, and no later than 5 working days. Colours that are not in stock take about 2 weeks, and production is busier before Christmas; we will tell you the timing in advance.
What format should I send the logo in?
Vector is best (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF). PNG with a transparent background is also suitable. Only have a photo or screenshot? Let us know, we will digitise the design and tell you whether it can be embroidered well. Send custom fonts as .ttf or .otf.
Where can you embroider on a cap?
We usually embroider on the front, back and both sides. We are happy to discuss other placements. The recommended embroidery height is around 5 to 5.5 cm; smaller text is harder to read.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes. We will send a proforma invoice with your company ID (IČO) and tax ID (DIČ), payment is by bank transfer. Production starts once the payment is received.
Do you embroider on our own caps?
Tell us the type of cap and the number of pieces and we will assess whether it can be embroidered. We do not offer printing or patches, and we do not embroider corduroy.
