How long do embroidery and delivery take?
A custom design (text or image) ordered on a working day by 16:00 is embroidered and shipped the same day, otherwise on the next working day. Delivery is then usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do I have to order more than one piece?
No. There is no minimum, we will embroider even a single cap.
How much does it cost?
Custom text on a cap from 690 Kč. The exact price shows up in the builder depending on the type of cap, thread colour and placement.
What image or logo can I upload?
Ideally a simple design with clean lines and high resolution. Detail that is too fine for embroidery we will simplify and let you know.
Can I have the embroidery somewhere other than the front?
Yes, on a cap at the back or on the side. Each additional placement carries a surcharge, which you see in the builder. Winter beanies are embroidered on the front only, and with text only.
Can I return the cap?
Ready-made caps from our range can be returned within 14 days. For custom design, returns follow our terms and conditions.
