1. Introduction

1.1. 1.2. When working with personal data of customers and users, CAPKOV acts as a controller. CAPKOV determines for what purpose and by what means personal data will be processed.

2. Types of data processed

2.1. Data provided by customers – CAPKOV processes personal data about users and customers. It mainly works with personal data that you provide to it when registering on CAPKOV or when creating your order. This data includes the e-mail address and, in the case of customers, also the name and surname, address, telephone contact and payment details. You can then voluntarily add other data such as your work address or a note about possible delivery times.

2.2. Data obtained through cookies – To improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and improve the product offering, CAPKOV evaluates information about the goods purchased by its customers. 2.3. CAPKOV does not collect any sensitive personal data, including, for example, information about your health, sexual orientation, etc.

3. Purposes of processing personal data

3.1. To process your order and fulfill the contract between CAPKOV and the customer, we need your name and surname and contact details. Data processing in this case includes the following activities: listing the order, processing the order, paying for the order and delivering the order. If you do not provide the above-mentioned data, CAPKOV cannot process your order.

3.2. For better targeting of advertising and brand promotion, CAPKOV processes data on website visits, viewed products and other website activity when using cookies. Processing is therefore possible only on the basis of your consent to the use of the relevant cookies. Consent is again completely voluntary. 5. Who has access to the data?

5.1. Personal data is primarily processed by CAPKOV.

5.2. CAPKOV, as the controller, further entrusts the processing of personal data to other entities, such as processors. 6. How long do we process data?

6.1. To fulfill the contract, CAPKOV keeps personal data for the entire time the order is being processed. This period also includes the time of payment and delivery of the goods.

6.2. Commercial communications are sent to users for the entire duration of the consent to their sending. Commercial communications are sent to customers until they unsubscribe from their subscription or until an objection is raised against the processing of your data for this purpose.

6.3. CAPKOV works with data obtained for marketing purposes through cookies for the entire duration of your consent to the use of cookies, i.e. for as long as you have allowed the storage of cookies in your browser, or until you object to the processing of your data for this purpose.

7. What are your rights?

7.1. According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can contact CAPKOV and request:

The processing of personal data is fully in accordance with applicable legal regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When handling personal data, we place great emphasis on the technical and organizational security of personal data.

8.2. All personal data in electronic form are stored in systems that are accessible only to persons who need to handle the personal data directly for the purposes specified in these rules, and only to the extent necessary.
