At Capkov.cz, we embroider so that the cap looks good not only in the photo, but especially in real life – and so that it lasts. PRODUCTION AND EMBROIDERY IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC
We embroider in the Czech Republic and use professional embroidery machines and modern procedures, thanks to which the result is accurate and consistent. We are not interested in "quick and cheap", but in doing it well - and in making the embroidered cap a joy for a long time.
We use premium embroidery materials (threads, backings, and reinforcements) and fine-tune the settings so that the embroidery holds its shape and looks clean even with everyday wear.
HOW TO MAKE CUSTOM EMBROIDERY (STEP BY STEP)
- Product selection
It starts with choosing the type of hat: baseball cap, winter hat, bucket hat or balaclava. Each type has slightly different characteristics, and we adapt the embroidery accordingly. - Create a design (custom design)
You can create your own cap design – either your own text embroidery (name, nickname, message, date) or your own image embroidery (logo, symbol, simple motif). If you want something specific, it's worth checking out the contact page and writing to us. - Preparing the motif for embroidery
Each design must be prepared so that it is "readable" for embroidery - we address size, proportions, line thickness and ensuring that details are not unnecessarily small. The goal is simple: to make the result look sharp and professional. - Embroidery on professional machines
The embroidery itself is done on high-quality embroidery machines. We ensure the correct tension, density and overall appearance so that the embroidery holds and does not look "flat" or excessively hard. - Quality control and completion
Each cap is inspected. We check the cleanliness of the embroidery, the final appearance and the overall workmanship. Only then is the cap packaged and shipped.
TEXT EMBROIDERY VS. IMAGE EMBROIDERY (WHAT IS GOOD TO KNOW)
- Text embroidery is ideal for a name, short message, monogram or simple slogan. It also works great in smaller sizes if the text is chosen wisely.
- Embroidery of a picture (motif / logo) is great for a more expressive piece, but you need to remember that embroidery has its own rules - extremely thin lines and mini details often have to be simplified so that the motif looks good even up close.
