Return of goods
Your satisfaction matters to us. If the item does not fit, does not meet your expectations, or you ordered the wrong size, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the package.
Return conditions
The item must be in its original condition , without signs of use.
It must be returned in the original packaging / box with all accessories included.
How to start a return
Log in to yourcustomer account where you will find the return form and all necessary information.
Do not send the item back before you receive confirmation from us that the return request has been approved.
Requests are usually processed within 24 hours.
Return exceptions
Withdrawal from the purchase contract is not possible for items from the underwear category.
Returns are also not possible for custom-made or personalized items.
We would appreciate it if you include a short reason for the return (for example wrong size, color not as expected, or the product did not meet expectations).

In the email, please include the following information:
Order number
Description of the issue (what exactly happened and when)
Photos of the damaged or defective item
In our reply, we will send you the return address and further instructions for the next steps.
Please pack the item securely and send it back to us using any carrier.
