Return of goods
We strive for your complete satisfaction. If the goods do not fit you, do not meet your expectations, or are the wrong size, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the package .
Return conditions
- The goods must be in their original condition , without signs of use.
- It must be returned in its original packaging/box and with all accessories .
How to initiate a return
- Log in to your customer account - you will find the necessary information and the return form there.
- Do not send the goods before you receive confirmation of return approval from us.
- We usually process requests within 24 hours .
Exceptions to returns
- Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for goods from the underwear section.
- Withdrawal is not possible for customized goods.
We would be happy if you write us the reason when returning (e.g. the size doesn't fit, you don't like the color, the product didn't meet expectations).
Goods complaints

Please provide the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Description of the defect (what exactly happened and when)
- Photos of damaged or defective goods
- We will send you return shipping information and further instructions in response.
- They packed the goods and sent them back to us via any carrier .
