We produce custom-made caps according to the current production capacity. In most cases, they are ready within a few days , sometimes even the next day . We offer free shipping on purchases over 1,000 CZK / 40 € . You will always receive a tracking link after your order has been shipped.
Return of goods
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the ordered goods, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt , without giving a reason.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition , ideally including the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the shipment, we will refund your money within 14 days using the same method of payment as the order.
